Noel joined The Fuel Store in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing a career spanning large listed businesses including British Gas and TUI through to fast-paced, private equity-backed technology companies. Having held CFO roles across a series of PE-backed organisations, Noel combines deep commercial finance expertise with a hands-on approach and a genuine appetite for driving change. At The Fuel Store, he oversees all financial planning and performance, working closely with the leadership team to ensure the business continues to scale with discipline, efficiency, and long-term value at its core.
