Black Friday Week 2025 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Black Friday Week Terms and Conditions. We want this promotion to be simple and fair, so everything you need to know is set out below. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

Black Friday Week Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Fuel Store Ltd, 14th Floor, Bank House, 8 Cherry Street, Birmingham, B2 5AL.

2. Promotion period

The promotion runs from 24 November 2025 to 1 December 2025.

3. Eligibility

  • Existing clients: any account opened before 24 November 2025.
  • New clients: any account opened between 24 November and 1 December 2025.
  • Accounts must be active and in good standing at the time of the prize draw.
  • Employees of The Fuel Store Ltd and members of their households are not eligible.

4. How to qualify

  • Existing clients qualify by drawing 250 litres or more between 24 November and 1 December 2025.
  • New clients qualify by drawing 1,000 litres or more within 30 days of their first fuel draw.
  • All qualification activity for new clients must be completed by 31 January 2026.
  • No entry form is required. Qualification is tracked automatically.

5. Prizes

  • Two prizes of £2,500 are available.
  • One prize will be awarded to a qualifying existing client and one prize will be awarded to a qualifying new client.
  • All prizes will be issued as account credit.
  • No cash or cheque alternative is available.

6. Winner selection and notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from qualifying accounts.
  • The existing client draw will take place in December 2025.
  • The new client draw will take place in February 2026.
  • Winners will be contacted by phone and email. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, The Fuel Store Ltd may select another winner.

7. Exclusions

Accounts that are suspended, closed, or under investigation for misuse or fraud are not eligible.

8. Publicity

Winners may be invited to take part in publicity such as a photo on our website or LinkedIn. Participation is optional.

9. Data protection

Personal data will be processed in line with The Fuel Store Ltd Privacy Policy and used only for administering this promotion.

10. Right to amend

The Fuel Store Ltd may amend or withdraw the promotion if required due to circumstances outside its control.
